Clogged Bathroom sink

Called Rob due to a sink draining issue. He answered and managed to fit me in the day of. Was early to the promised time frame but called to make sure being early was OK. Fixed our problem in 30min or less and was fairly priced. Will be using him again for further plumbing issues.

Tree roots in sewer

I had some roots growing in our pipes about two months ago and called Mr. Rooter. All they did to TEMPORARILY fix my problem is stick a camera auger down the pipe and poked a hole through the roots and never cleaned the remaining roots out. Like what most of the reviewers posted, Parker Brothers Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company. I called Robert, left a voice mail and received a call back within 10 minutes. After our conversation, he was here within an hour and take care of our problem. Robert not only did a great job in fixing our issue but educated me a little on the problem. Lastly, the price of Parker Brothers Plumbing was significantly cheaper than Mr. Rooter. Thanks, Robert!

Drains Clogged Nasty smells - Jetter

OK, so I got referred to these guys about a year and a half ago from a friend of mine after my drains kept backing up and creating a huge mess in my home.   I used to have to call a plumber out at least 3 times a year for these nasty drains and all they would do is run a snake through the pipes and get them unclogged temporarily until they clogged up again then repeat the process.  When I talked with Robert Parker (I Think one of the owners) he mentioned something about a jetter that he likes to use instead of just snaking the drains he explained that a jetter actually cleans the entire pipe, he also let me know that it was a more expensive but at that point I was ready just to have them done the right way so I paid the extra money and let them give the jetter a try and all I can say is I'm very glad I did I have not had any drain problems now for over a year and 6 months. my advice to anyone with drain problems First call these guys, second pay the extra money and get the Jetter.  Do it right the first time and be done with it.

With sub-zero wind chills, they were here the day after Christmas, in my crawl space, replacing the old, shifted sewer pipes that weren't getting the job done. Called for a non-emergency estimate on December 30, expected to have to wait until the new year.   They were in the neighborhood and at the house within 35 minutes Honest, expert work on older plumbing - they quoted me over the phone for a job well done.  Completed the job exactly on budget and took my payment over the phone.  Would HIGHLY recommend.  The only reason I could not give them five days - was due to confusion with the date of the actual repair - but they rectified and were out the next day.  Call Parker Brothers if you need plumbing work!

Frozen Pipes - Clinton township

Comments: I got a call from Parker Brothers less than 60 seconds after hitting the send button online. They told us what we needed and had our job scheduled in less than a week. They were on time and did a great job removing and installing our tub If I had a recommendation for them it would be to 1) tell customers they have to remove the drywall (sorry - we didn't know) and my husband put up the replacement drywall - DEEP sigh - this is NOT his area of expertise. 2) use a little care around the walls outside of the tub when removing the old one (we have to repair a few areas) even though we are getting new surround on Friday. Overall I'm extremely pleased with this work. I had two contractors, including a Home Depot contractor, schedule appointments and not show up or call. The other NO SHOW was Cut-Rate Plumbing.
